Milestones like this don’t happen every day. Today, we are incredibly proud to celebrate Keith Wagner as he marks a phenomenal 38 years with Cummings Lumber Company.

For nearly four decades, Keith has been a driving force in our operations, currently serving as a supervisor in our sawmill. If you’ve ever worked alongside Keith, you know he is the definition of dedication. He is a hardworking, deeply reliable team player who consistently goes above and beyond to ensure the job gets done right and his crew is supported.

A company is only as strong as its people, and Keith has been a bedrock of the Cummings Lumber family for 38 years. We cannot thank him enough for his unwavering loyalty, his work ethic, and the incredible standard of excellence he brings to the sawmill every single day.

We are excited to celebrate a fantastic milestone this week—Austen Ward is marking his first work anniversary with Cummings Lumber Company!

Austen serves as an Operator on our brewer chop saw and edger. If you caught our recent internal newsletter, you already know he was featured as part of our mill pallet team spotlight for his exceptional contributions to the day-to-day operations.

Reaching the one-year mark is a great achievement, and we want to take this opportunity to publicly thank Austen for everything he brings to the job. Over the past year, he has consistently proven himself to be a dedicated worker, a reliable team player, and a vital part of our crew’s success.
