Milestones like this are rare, and we couldn’t be prouder to celebrate a true legend at Cummings Lumber Company. This year marks an incredible 42 years of dedication, hard work, and leadership from our very own Forklift Operator and Yard Manager, Matt Thomas.
For over four decades, Matt has been the heartbeat of our yard. He is the ultimate team player who consistently goes far beyond his job description to ensure things run smoothly. Whether he is operating machinery with expert precision or bringing his signature friendly, fun, and cool energy to the workplace, Matt is simply the kind of guy you want on your team.
Matt has a unique gift for keeping everyone “lifted up,” both literally in the yard and figuratively with his positive attitude. His unmatched work ethic and loyalty have left an indelible mark on our company culture, and we cannot thank him enough for everything he has poured into Cummings Lumber over the last 42 years.
